The Bison’s Brew

The Alchemist (6 Bevis Marks, EC3A 7BA)

As the self-proclaimed “masters in the dark arts of molecular mixology”, the guys at The Alchemist shouldn’t be taken lightly. With an obsessive eye for detail, the Alchemist create some amazing cocktails, one of them being the Bison’s Brew. The Bison’s Brew consists of Zubrowska vodka, apple, lemon, breakfast tea and gold.

Passionfruit Caipirinha

Made In Brasil Boteco (12 Inverness St, NW1 7HJ)

Caipirinha is Brazil’s national cocktail, typically made with Velho Barreiro Cachaça, fresh lime and white sugar. It only makes sense for Made In Brasil Boteco to bring the caipirinha to Camden!  Our favourite one, the Passionfruit Caipirinha, brings all the flavours and passion from the streets of Brazil.

The Shoreditch Mojito

The Shoreditch (144-145 Shoreditch High Street, E1 6JE)

A mojito might sound a bit run of the mill, but don’t underestimate the Shoreditch; they have crafted the perfect recipe to make their signature cocktail an absolute hit! The Shoreditch Mojito consists of Bacardi superior rum and lychee liqueur. While this might sound simple, it’s very tasty!

Opium.png

The Devil Doctor

Opium (The Jade Door, 15-16 Gerrard St, W1D 6JE)

Opium will blow you away with the crazy atmosphere in their cocktail bar. It feels like a bizarre combination of a smoking den and a lounge. Another thing that will blow you away is the Devil Doctor. It’s a combination of Opium house blend of rums, with grapefruit, cinnamon, honey, lime, bitters and absinthe (you read that right). An explosion in your mouth, The Devil Doctor is devilishly delicious!

Grand Union Farringdon.png

Sazerac

Grand Union (55 Charterhouse St, EC1M 6HA)

Grand Union in Farringdon is a bar that serves some of the best cocktails in London. As a very fun venue, they serve up delicious cocktails and one of those is the Sazerac. Sazerac is created using Maker’s Mark, absinthe, Courvoisier with a dash of agnostura. A punchy cocktail and not for the faint of heart!
