We created Crowdit with the aim of bringing together the fragmented bar industry. There are multiple ways in which the industry suffers from fragmentation – from cultural differences between countries, to the plethora of single-issue solutions that serve businesses. But the fundamental problem is the disconnect between its three constituent parts; the consumers, venues, and drinks brands which make up the industry.
We couldn’t find a platform anywhere in the world that provided for the individual needs of each and every section. We knew there was space for a platform that could offer a unique and specific proposition to each part of the industry. A platform that would provide consumers with a holistic view of their industry’s bar scene. One that would allow venues to easily expand their customer base and encourage loyalty from it. And one that would finally give brands concrete data about how consumers are interacting with their products.
